At this time we only sell wholesale to legitimate authorized resellers, who are able to verify that they are registered in their home state to resell on the retail level.

Yes, we will provide you with all the necessary pallet dim information, and box counts and weights to satisfy your FBA requirements. We can also label your units and your boxes, as per your FBA requirements, for a small additional service fee.

No we do not do any retail drop-shipping.

Our main office is in NY. However, we utilize several warehouses around the US, including, NY, NJ, IL, TX, and CA to store our products.

Orders are always FOB our warehouse, and may be picked up by your privately arranged freight carrier or by your Amazon partnered carrier. We also have daily pickups by UPS and FEDEX Ground for orders that do not require ltl freight.

Generally we require payment of all orders within seven days. If you require other payment terms, please speak with your sales representative. We accept payment by wire, check, paypal, and credit card. For paypal and credit card payments there is a 3% processing fee.

All claims for damaged goods or short orders must be made within seven days of delivery of goods.
